Croy Engineering is pleased to welcome Andrew Romain to the firm. Formerly with the Georgia Department of Transportation, Andrew will be managing Croy’s Roadway Design Division, specifically focusing on maintaining the numerous State, County, and Municipal roadway projects currently under design.
“We are excited to have Andrew join the Croy team. With his vast knowledge of roadway design practices, along with his GDOT experience, Andrew will be a valuable asset to the roadway group. I look forward to working with him as we continue to grow the design group under his leadership,” said Chris Rideout, Vice President at Croy.
A Northeastern University graduate, Andrew brings with him almost 20 years of professional experience, including over 13 years in the transportation/roadway design field. Andrew has spent the last 10 years with GDOT, most recently as a Roadway Design Group Manager where he reviewed, updated, and developed proposed projects and schedules for various roadway design activities.
“This is a great career opportunity for me,” said Romain. “I am excited to lead this team of engineers and be able to clearly focus on both professional and personal relationship-building. It is my goal to be an effective mentor, while continuing to benefit from all of the new experiences that will be offered to me.”
