Croy, an award-winning full-service consulting firm, celebrated the opening of its new Chattanooga office location with a ribbon-cutting and open house event.
The firm announced the new location and expansion into the Tennessee market in January, along with the hire of industry leader Russell D. Moorehead, PE to lead its operations.

We look forward to contributing to the area’s diverse communities, leveraging its talent pool, and supporting its focus on mobility and sustainable infrastructure,” said Moorehead, who serves as a Vice President for the firm.
Croy’s Chattanooga office is located at 1270 Market Street in the city’s Southside Historic District. The 150-person firm also operates offices in Huntsville, Ala., Cartersville, Ga., Marietta, Ga., and Smyrna, Ga. Croy provides a range of civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, land acquisition, and planning services to municipal and private clients across the Southeast.
