Croy Engineering’s IT Director and former Marine, Jason Cunningham, has been selected to join the Honorary Commanders Association (HCA). Jason will begin a yearlong program, paired with Air Force Lt. Colonel Kevin Campanile, and will be given the opportunity to learn more about military activities, the impact they have on the economy, and various aspects of the national defense system.
Honorary Commanders is a cooperative effort of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB), General Lucius D. Clay National Guard Center, the Navy and the Marine Corps. Each year, community and business leaders are selected and paired with military commanders.
“I am honored to be a part of the HCA Program for 2018 and excited to build meaningful relationships with my military counterparts,” said Jason. “I look forward to achieving a better understanding of the valuable impact they have on our community. I have no doubt there are reciprocal benefits to be gained when local communities and businesses welcome, support, and interact with the military personnel in their midst.”
“Croy Engineering strives to be a career-building environment and to support the local community through being involved with organizations such as Honorary Commanders. By supporting our veterans and those in active service, we lend our support to the military, which in turn helps support the community we live in,” said Jim Croy Sr., Managing Partner and CEO.
