Croy Engineering proudly cut the ribbon on a new office space in downtown Huntsville in July. The Huntsville office of Croy Engineering, led by Huntsville native Andy Somers, opened in 2010. The firm’s commitment to establishing a local presence in the community and the surrounding area in order to provide quality services has helped the office increase in size to include 10 staff members and an impressive portfolio of state and local clients and projects.
The Ribbon Cutting and Open House was well attended by numerous local dignitaries, including Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle, representatives from the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce, clients, business partners, and friends. The ribbon was cut by Mayor Battle, Jim Croy, Sr., CEO and Managing Partner of Croy Engineering, Somers, and Croy leadership that included: Don Hicks, Executive Vice President and Huntsville Principal-in-Charge; Greg Teague, President of the firm; and Adam Langley, CFO and Executive Vice President.
Notable clients served by Croy’s Huntsville location include: the Cities of Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, Florence, and Guntersville; the City of Loretto, TN; Madison County; ALDOT; and Huntsville Hospital. Significant projects include Veteran’s Memorial Park, Providence Place Apartments, Campus 805/SR Butler Green, Gateway Greenway, John Hunt Park, and the Madison County-wide Roadway Safety Improvement Program.
