Croy Engineering was the Program Manager for the City of Powder Springs police station and municipal court renovations. Because of substantial growth, the City needed larger, updated facilities. Croy conducted a facility analysis and recommended that the police station be relocated, while renovating the existing facility to serve as the municipal court. The City purchased a 17,000 sf existing building and renovated it to serve as the new police station. 

Croy provided program management services including budget management, design coordination, permitting, bidding, project procurement, IT coordination, Owner/Architect/Contractor coordination, contract negotiations, change order review, facility transfer logistics and on-site inspection.
