During his 20-year career, Andrew has served as design engineer and project manager on numerous roadway design projects. Prior to joining Croy, he gained 10 years of experience working for GDOT as a Design Engineer and then as Civil Engineering Group Manager.Andrew’s experience includes, but is not limited to calculations and reports; geometric design; drainage design; capacity analysis; pavement and erosion control design; preparing plans for construction; and utilities. He is also experienced in signing and marking; signals and right-of-way; and performing drafting tasks for various projects using Microstation and AutoCAD. Andrew is well-versed in the QA/QC process as well as providing cost/quantity estimates and submittals for all phases of the design process. His professional career also includes teaching professional engineering development courses.
