Ms. Graham has over 27 years of experience in the field of right-of-way acquisition. Her responsibilities include acquiring right-of-way for road improvement projects, relocation assistance and utilities easements. Ms. Graham has also acquired fee simple and easements for power lines and sub stations. As a project manager, Ms. Graham facilitates the right-of- way acquisition of parcels during construction and manages surplus properties, including water and sewer acquisition for Cobb County Water and Sewer and for the City of Atlanta. She has acquired total take properties and handled the relocation assistance to relocatees for Cobb County DOT’s 2005, 2011, and 2016 SPLOST Programs, handling more than 300 total parcels. She has acquired needed right-of-way for projects in several municipalities in Cobb County, including the Cities of Smyrna and Austell, as well as Paulding County DOT, where she acquired over 60 parcels for a County road widening project. Her knowledge of and experience with the GDOT/FHWA acquisition process and management of right-of way acquisition is invaluable to Croy’s transportation-related projects.
