Croy Engineering provided survey and design for the development of a 55 acre (104 total site acreage) TDSI Automotive Distribution Facility in Talladega, Alabama for TransDevelopment Group. Crews surveyed several thousand feet of existing rail lines for the construction of new spur lines into and leaving this new rail yard, as well as an existing county road intersection for redesign leading into the facility.

Site development included a proposed 2700 SF administration building with employee parking, proposed facility entrance with guardhouse, perimeter truck road, maintenance building, proposed loading track area accommodating 96 railcars and approximately 17 acres of paved trackside vehicle storage. Scope of work included:
