Chris’s experience includes, but is not limited to, horizontal and vertical alignment layout,  cross section development, drainage design, signing and marking, traffic signal design, staging/detour plans, quantity take-offs, cost estimating using the CES system, and the review and certification of erosion control plans to ensure they meet current NPDES and BMP requirements.  Chris also has experience in concept report development and validation; VE study implementation; preparation of design exceptions and variances; and assisting with the NEPA process, including preparing stream buffer variance applications.  He is well-versed in the QC/QA process as well as preparing for and participating in constructability reviews for design plans.  Chris has served as project manager over numerous GDOT and local county/municipality projects for which he has effectuated successful results.
