Ms. Killian currently manages a team of right-of-way professionals, land acquisition agents and support staff in the acquisition of property for the 2005, 2011, and 2016 Cobb County Department of Transportation SPLOST Programs, consisting of Local, State, and Federally-funded transportation projects, as well as Community Improvement District projects.
