Mulberry Rock Park

Site Developed into Park Complete with Multi-Purpose Fields, Pavilions, and Playground

The development of this 160-acre site into Mulberry Rock Park for Paulding County, Ga. included multi-purpose fields, parking lots, three outdoor pavilions, restrooms, recreational pond area with pedestrian bridge, playgrounds, two large pavilions, a sidewalk/walking trails that allows for running events, and a community garden area.

The project also included seven stormwater management detention ponds to control the developed stormwater runoff from the site. In addition, Croy conducted a feasibility study to establish a future lake within the park.
