We believe in designing creative, functional, aesthetically pleasing areas and facilities. You get a single point-of-contact to help guide you step-by-step, from your project’s start, to funding, to implementation, all the way to completion. In the end, we’ll deliver a practical, holistic park project that even Ron Swanson would approve.

Our Experience

We’ve delivered more than $100 million worth of parks and recreation projects since our founding. Our City of Loretto Pool Complex in Loretto, Tennessee, was named a 2017 Merit Award-Winning Project from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) North Alabama Chapter. Our Award-Winning Team

As a testament to the design and implementation of our Loretto Pool Complex in Loretto, Tennessee, the project was named a 2017 Merit Award-Winning Project from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) North Alabama Chapter.

In partnership with the City of Smyrna, Croy was named a 2024 Engineering Excellence State Award winner for our Smyrna Downtown Improvements project from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia) and the Georgia Society of Professional Engineers (GSPE). Additionally, the project was recognized as the 2023 Medium Redevelopment of the Year Award winner by Partnership Gwinnett.

Our Kennesaw Depot Park & Piedmont Bank Amphitheater was honored with a 2025 Engineering Excellence Merit Award from ACEC Georgia and GSPE. The project, which began with an updated master plan in 2015 for the City of Kennesaw, will unfold over twelve phases, with the recent completion of the Piedmont Bank Amphitheater marking phase eight.
