Croy’s Site Development Plan Leads to Building of a 100,000-Square-Foot Distribution Center
Our Croy team prepared the site development plans for this 100,000-square-foot distribution center located on a 12-acre site in Dayton, Tennessee. The facility is now home to La-Z-Boy Dayton Parts Distribution Center. Led from Croy’s Chattanooga office, our firm provided boundary and topographic surveying, preparation of site, grading, drainage, utility, and three-phase erosion control plans with a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and Hydrology Study services. Plans for the site were submitted to the City of Dayton and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation for review and approval.
