Georgia-based, full-service consulting firm Croy has announced transitions to its leadership team across the company. Gregory D. Teague, PE will now assume the role of CEO from Croy’s Founder, James M. Croy, Sr., PE. He will continue to work with the Executive Leadership team of Adam Langley, Rebecca Collins, and Eddie Wade to drive the strategic direction of the firm.

In addition, Croy has announced the promotions of Wayne McGary, PE and Sasha Ugi to Vice Presidents of the firm. McGary will continue to lead Croy’s project development teams, including construction management, land acquisition, and program management. Likewise, Ugi will focus on internal operations and communications, as well as continuing to lead the firm’s marketing strategy and culture efforts.

“Greg and I have worked together at Croy for more than 16 years, and I am proud to call him both a colleague and a friend. I am confident in Greg’s leadership and know that he will take great care in his responsibilities in this new role, enabling our company to continue on a path of success,” Croy stated. “Our firm is in good hands.”

Teague has most recently served as President with Croy, providing project oversight across all offices. He has been involved with multiple award-winning projects, along with leading business development efforts. Previously, Teague has held positions with the City of Marietta and Traton Homes, giving him a dynamic background with experience as a developer, an engineer, and an appointed official.
