At the 2022 Engineering Excellence Awards Gala, Croy was recognized by the Tennessee Chapter of Engineering Companies of Tennessee (ACEC Tennessee) as a 2022 Honor Award winner in the Surveying & Mapping Technology category for the work done at McDonald Farm. In the process of a change of ownership, Hamilton County asked Croy to provide an ALTA survey for the property located in Sale Creek in Hamilton County, Tennessee. Our surveying team was responsible for data collection, research, fieldwork, boundary retracement, and ultimately, the final ALTA survey for the 2,000-acre McDonald Farm project. Through extensive coordination with various parties, as well as constant office-side support to the field crews, the survey was delivered to the client a month ahead of schedule. Ultimately, this survey was used by the client to purchase the property for a future multi-use development.
