Our Experience

Our team includes a former GRTA Deputy Director, Cobb County DOT and CCT Directors, SRTA Executive Director, Public Works Directors, and county transportation employees. We not only have an in-depth knowledge of the metro Atlanta region, but our team also holds a diverse background in transit planning, operations, and design.

In addition, Croy’s Founder and CEO – Jim Croy, Sr. – has been involved in transit since he took over management of the Cobb CCT (now CobbLinc) in 1992 while serving as the Director of Cobb County Department of Transportation. During his career, Croy also served as Executive Director of the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) and Deputy Director of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA). He championed the bus system in Clayton County and expanded transit funding opportunities to counties in the region.

Our team’s transit project experience includes:

I’ve had the privilege of working with Croy on various transit and multi-modal projects, including the Northwest Corridor Alternatives Analysis for Cobb County and NEPA documentation, which was quite a piece of work poised for a re-evaluation if the project proceeds. I have always been impressed with their ability to remain flexible and responsive, while coordinating various stakeholders and perspectives to develop a holistic, innovative plan.
